Harpy is a developer and co-packer of gourmet beverage mixes, primarily for the coffee industry. Our minimums and prices are surprisingly low, and in many cases, better than the pricing you pay for inferior off-the-shelf products. Our facility located in the Pacific Northwest and licensed and inspected by the Department of Agriculture and USDA. We have more than a million lbs. of dry blend capacity for products like lattes, smoothies, mocha, chai and other dry products.
We do not offer conventional, off-the-shelf products to an industry that is incredibly specialized. All our products are scientifically developed to have a flavor profile that compliments the unique coffee and tea you sell. Our food scientist adjusts ingredients and formulations of every product to achieve superior mouthfeel, taste and performance. We continually adjust based on feedback from your team, because we trust that you know your customer better than anyone else.
We strive to introduce a product that compliments the others you sell. We are exclusive. Once your customers recognize that you have created and offered a unique product, they will not want to go elsewhere. We also do that by selling products that contain no instant coffee. Many of the Mocha and Latte blends available on the market already contain coffee. That prevents you from selling more of your premium coffee, and diminishes your margin. Again, it is vendor competition for the volume of coffee you sell. Try our products with a shot of your espresso. Once we formulate a product that complements your blend, your customers will recognize a superior, unique product.
